Fulfillment per Shopify a Milano

Do you run a Shopify store and spend your evenings packing parcels? With Boxevia your goods sit in our warehouse in Zibido San Giacomo, 15 minutes from Milan. Paid orders come in automatically; we prepare and ship them.

How Shopify fulfillment works

Connect your Shopify store from your client area in a few minutes.
You send us the goods, or we pick them up. We count the boxes and log every product.
Every paid order on Shopify flows into our system automatically.
We pick the product, check it with the scanner, pack it and apply the carrier label.
Orders received by 15:00 ship the same day with BRT or Poste Italiane. Your customer gets an email in your shop’s name with a link to track the parcel.

Stock, orders and returns under control

In your client area you see stock, orders, tracking and credit on a single page. We handle returns: we check them and, if the product is intact, put it back on the shelf.

Order handling, first item: €1.80
Each additional item: €0.30
Pallet space: €18.00 per month; shelf: €6.00 per month
Goods receiving: €25.00 per pallet; return handling: €2.50
Platform subscription with client area: €14.99 per month
BRT and Poste Italiane shipping at discounted rates; packaging at cost

All prices exclude VAT. You pay with a prepaid credit you top up by bank transfer, and you see every charge in your client area. No minimum orders, cancel with one month’s notice. See the full price list.

A real warehouse, with a person who answers

You have a contact on WhatsApp who looks after your goods, no tickets and no call centre. And you can come and see the warehouse whenever you like: we’re near the Milan West Ring Road.
